Hitching up

DANGER

  • The power take-off (PTO) is dangerous and can cause serious injuries. Always stop the engine before connecting or disconnecting, and make sure all safety guards are properly in place.

  • Before hitching the machine to the tractor, ensure that the tractor parking brake is engaged and that the PTO is switched off. Make sure no operator is actuating the three-point hitch hydraulic system before entering any risk area, such as the space between the tractor and the machine.

  1. Check that the lower links of both the rear and front three-point linkages of the tractor are set to the same height.

  1. Connect the sprayer to the rear three-point hitch in the transport position.
