Starting the sprayer

INFORMATION

Do not operate the valves when the pump is running.

  1. Before handling the valves, the pump must be switched off by turning off the ON/OFF control box. The green light on the ON/OFF button must be off.

  1. Set the valves in Spraying position mode.

  1. In the tractor, set the power take-off (PTO) speed to 350-400 rpm (do not exceed 450 rpm).

INFORMATION

Do not use the economy mode (750 tr/ min).

  1. Check the rotation direction of the PTO.

  2. Engage the PTO.

  1. Turn on the sprayer system by pressing the green ON/OFF button on the cab HMI.

  1. Check after a few minutes that the system has started. The green light of the ON/OFF control box must be on.

  1. If the batteries are empty: press the red button on the ON/OFF control box for 1 second to send an excitation signal to the alternator, to restart it.
