Residual volume
The total residual volume is defined in ISO 13440:1996 §2.1. It is the sum of the volume of the residue in the tank (dilutable volume) and the dead volume (non-dilutable volume). The maximum allowable value of this volume is defined in ISO 16119-2:2013 §5.1.1.3.1. The boom width taken into account is the total width used for spreading by cumulating the overlaps.
